Job Summary

Field sales executive focused on customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. Identifies customer needs and applies company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners and the company.

JobResponsibilities

• Fulfill individual sales target in corresponding product line.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new customers through sales activities;
• Conformity to company policy and sales management regulation, including but not limited to punctual activity report, sales force input and update, inquiry and quotation handling and so on;
• As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project handling, A/R collection;
• Perform other duties assigned by Manager and assist the Divisional manager to develop marketing strategies for both the Division and the company.
• Collect market information competitors
• Identify new areas of business and/or opportunities, which would provide additional sales.
• Efficient implementation of sales strategies.
• In conjunction with the technical and customer service teams, provide additional sales support as required.
• Achieve aggressive sales target for Commercial Division.

Work Experience

• Minimum experience required is typically 2+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent. It’s possible for a career salesperson to plateau for many years at this level.

Education And Certification(s)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
