工作内容

Experienced and effective leader with track record in biopharmaceutical companies to provide strategical leadership and develop networks of contacts to promote company’s values and pipelines. Must work effectively with Senior Management team, staff, and Board of Directors to articulate and champion a vision for the company. The candidate must use his/her scientific, regulatory and business knowledge to plan, organize, oversee, and assess company operations in relation to the strategic objectives.

主要職務 Job objective:

1. Develop and implement strategic objectives that support company’s drug development and business development programs.

2. Define strategic priorities based on resources and align key performance indicators with company’s short-term and long-term goals.

3. Provide expertise in clinical development and regulatory affairs in clinical studies.

4. Represent company to communicate effectively with external stakeholders in out-license, fund-raising and business development activities.

5. Work with the medical team to develop and expand company’s pipelines to effectively bridge preclinical projects to clinical stage projects to strengthen the company’s portfolio assets.

職務條件:

1. Proven track record in leading clinical stage biopharmaceutical companies to NDA.

2. Previous experience in comparable positions in the biopharmaceutical industry.

3. Broad knowledge in small molecules and different disease areas, especially dermatology and immunology.

4.Expertise in rare diseases is highly desirable.

5. Highly developed mastery of planning, control and monitoring of complex and highly visible drug.

學歷/訓練/證書 Education /Training/Certification

1. MD/PhD degree perferably in dermatology or immunology.

2. Progressive experience and advancement in clinical development, translational medicine, or related disciplines in the biopharmaceutical industry.
