A listed company is looking for a US lawyer in charge of M&A

Responsibility
  • Investigate legal environment in targeting market, and do risk assessment and provide risk control solution
  • In charge of legal job of M&A, factory construction, and investment related affairs.
  • Review overseas contracts and agreements

Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor of law and above
  • Excellent English
  • US bar is a MUST
  • M&A/DD/Anti-Dumping/ Anti-trust experience is a plus
  • Work experience aboard is a plus
