工作内容

Create greatest value for our customers and be fairly rewarded through developing a fundamental understanding of the customer needs and establishing solutions that effectively integrate products, equipment and control systems into the customer’s foundry process, specifically within the Product Group. Promote group best practice through regional and International contact with relevant International Product specialists. Train the local sales team in group best practice

Responsibilities

• Expend Foseco product market share.
• Understand our customers’ needs.
• Define the correct combination of product and application service to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Achieve Product Group sales targets and gross margin.
• Promote best practice within the Product Group with Sales personnel.
• Provide product training to Sales personnel.
• Ensure all product modifications are as required in the market, in product performance, quality and value added.

Qualifications

• BS Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Mandarin and English languages (TOEIC score over 600).
• Willingness to travel (Taiwan area)
