• Project Leader

• At least 10 to 15 years in construction industry, and was delegated as a Project Leader / Manager / Supervisor or an equivalent position for at least 3 years.
• Familiar with the construction engineering, materials, laws, and habits.
• Possess a valid and active Taiwan architect license, or an equivalent proficiency proof.
• Participate and complete at least 2 multi-national building projects.
• Proficiency in English, fluent in Japanese is a plus.
• Excellent skills in communication and execution.
