☠ At least 10 to 15 years in construction industry, and was delegated as a Project

☠ Leader / Manager / Supervisor or an equivalent position for at least 3 years.

☠ Familiar with the construction engineering, materials, laws, and habits.

☠ Possess a valid and active Taiwan architect license, or an equivalent proficiency proof.

☠ Participate and complete at least 2 multi-national building projects.

☠ Proficiency in English, fluent in Japanese is a plus.

☠ Excellent skills in communication and execution.
