Isola is an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products.

This position is responsible for customer complaint handling . Keep close contact with customer to identify root cause and drive corrective and preventive action for any quality issue .

Responsibilities

  • Product quality after-sales service, customer complaint handling and 8D improvement report
  • Customer agreement for product specifications, assistance in customer commissioned testing and analysis, and customer anomaly analysis .
  • Complete customer audit work, customer audit self-assessment form, improvement of customer audit deficiencies.
  • Product Control plan formulation, product FMEA formulation, APQP&PPAP formulation, SPC process control analysis.
  • Analysis and improvement of customer complaints and abnormalities.
  • Assist in the revision of the procedures of the responsible unit.

Qualifications

• B.A degree in Engineering or Science. English oral and written ability.

• Above four years of working experience in customer complaint handing, quality management. Experience in laminate background is preferred

• Customer Consciousness: Identify and understand our customer’s needs and their markets.

• Familiar with 8D (5Why, Fishbone), FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC tools

• Good knowledge and practice of ISO9001/IATF16949 audit .
