JobMissionResponsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of marketing plans and promotions in order to reach company’s target on precision, means market share, growth, profitability and image.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing



  • Plan implementation of marketing strategies and budgets for Taiwan market.
  • Formulate and manage product marketing, consumer promotion, relationship marketing and direct marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Organize, launch and implement marketing campaigns, and promotion events and activities for different product categories.
  • Coordinate and organize with Regional Head Office marketing team to plan and launch all local marketing and promotion functions: product planning and management display, and with training and sales departments
  • Coordinate with local Communications management team regarding related press/social communications and advertising.
  • Work with VM, EC, CRM, Retail, Logistics, L&D and Communications team to develop and implement all the 360° marketing plan.
  • Manage suppliers and contractors for the preparation of a limited scope of local promotion and visual display materials.
  • Plan product applications for Ministry of Health approval in conjunction with Legal Dept, assure labeling procedures are carried out by Logistics Depart. and ensure shelf-life/stock turn of each SKU.
Forecast and Inventory Management



  • Align sales forecast based on product trend with local retail team and regional forecast team to achieve the financial target.
  • Plan and forecast demand for each new and existing product in line with inventory targets.
  • Cooperate with the Logistics and Supply functions to ensure optimal inventory.
  • Optimize stock auto-replenishment system to increase retail efficiency and maintain healthy inventory level.
Consumer



  • Based on all in-store gathered data and external market intelligence, identify market trend and potential market segments; analyze store traffic, competitors information and market niches for marketing focus; and analyze marketing effectiveness and promotion feedback in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives to develop local marketing actions.
  • Deliver exclusive event journey for clients to provide ultimate experience to achieve commercial goals and protect brand image.
People



  • Support & follow up on relevant motivational and human resource policies of Chanel including the Mission, Vision & Values of the Company.
  • Train, coach and develop and grow team members on their job functions and performance management
Budget Management



  • Control the marketing budget and expenses on regular basis to be within planned levels
Person Specifications



  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Over 10 years in marketing functions with min. 3 years of product marketing Manager experience, leading a team of 5-8 staff. Cosmetics industry will be preferred
  • Good at numbers, communication externally and internally , attention to details with strategic planning skills, data analytical skills, business presentation skills and sound decision making independently
  • Agile , innovative, self-motivated with leadership maturity
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English ability
