Who is the FP&A Analyst?The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function plays a key role in the company’s growth and profitability. It’s a great opportunity to further your business partnering skills! You will work with specific areas of the business with a particular focus on helping to provide key insights, planning support and reporting requirements.
You are a great fit for us if you like the idea of:
- Working with big data with a curious mindset – looking at historical results and underlying drivers to predict future trends, risks, opportunities
- Problem solving with stakeholders – working cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide quality insights that help create solutions
- Acting as a true business partner – being a data-driven counsel to your client groups (such as our Supply Chain Management or Customer Solutions functions) to aid their decision making
- Deep-diving data and providing transparency – looking at areas such a profitability, performance, behaviour and costs of logistics etc.
- Rolling up your sleeves for a true variety of tasks – from helping our Account Leads be prepared for presenting to clients, to assisting our monthly closing cycle, assisting with our annual operating plan, to reporting for Senior Management

Your experience and personal attributes that would help set you up for success in the role include:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Broader work experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, Insurance or Logistics/Supply Chain
- Being tertiary qualified and hold a CA/CPA (or be working towards)
- Proven track record working with big data
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Having a growth mindset – you will love to learn and be keen to improve your knowledge of our Products and Supply Chain Operations
