Job Purpose:Responsible for the strategic planning, organizing and implementation of marketing plans, events and activities in order to reach company’s target on WFJ, means market share, growth, profitability and image.Key Responsibilities:Client engagement planning and executionEvent Organization & Execution



  • Integrate 360 degree marketing tools to engage clients as well as brand seeding for future customers
  • Enhance client experience with brand heritage and story
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative report for each event/campaign
Initiate by BTW campaign strategies with retail insights.



  • Base on each BTQ’s profile and challenges to initiate BTQ campaigns to support business goal
  • Utilize “one house approach” to enact the campaign planning
  • Collaborate with CEM team and retail team to achieve CEM goal
Marketing Research & competitor monitor



  • Monitor and analyze the market, including competitors and consumers (Watch & Fine Jewelry)
  • To understand and track competitors’ actions and provide the right strategy suggestion.
Collaboration & communication



  • Liaise with trade for exposure and event opportunities as well as coordinate, monitor and dispatch Trade materials
  • Efficiently collaborate with local Retail, Product, WFJ, Fashion, Event & Communication, and VM team for optimized campaign planning and execution.
  • Closely work with regional and global WFJ team to ensure guideline compliance
Finance & internal control



  • Control the budget expenses to be within planned levels.
  • ROI target setting and evaluation for every event/campaign
Academic / Professional Qualifications



  • University graduates or above
Work Experience



  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in relevant marketing experience, preferably with luxury brand or PR agency experience
Required Competencies



  • Good brand management knowledge and event planning & execution skills
  • Ability to develop customer insights based on monitoring market trend, and analyzing customer behavior and motivations
  • Good interpersonal communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in spoken/written English
  • Proficient in computer skills
