The Opportunity

Lalamove is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Driver Operations team in Taiwan. This role will require someone with strong communication skills to reach out to our driver community and maintain strong relations with our driver partners.

Responsibility
    • Meet New Business Targets: Provide accurate pipeline forecasting on a consistent basis.
    • Generate new streams of sales cycles revenue through Lalamove services which address prospects business needs
    • Customer Retention: Retain contract revenue in the assigned set of customers
    • Relationships: Maintain good levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous account management and broking services , and build solid working relationships with each customer

Job Requirement
    • At least 2+ years of proven success for account management experience
    • Excellence in both English and Chinese
    • Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business
    • Having Tableau experience will be a plus
    • Outstanding presenter
    • Self starter: able to tackle new clients or territories with little guidance
    • Quick learner: able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes
