Are you looking to join a team where your contribution will make a huge difference? We’re searching for an expert to take charge of CRM activities.

As a CRM Specialist on our team, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Initiating global email campaigns and liaising with regional/local teams for campaign execution. Supporting local communication to members/prospects/channels in email dispatching.
  • Formulating global member engagement framework, lifecycle communication plan and loyalty program to drive acquisition, retention and conversion.
  • Tracking and analyzing members’ profile, behavior, preference and growth to get insights from it. Monitoring and optimizing campaign KPIs such as deliverability, engagement and conversion etc.
  • Supporting system integration projects among global customer engagement platform, global central customer database and local platform/database.
  • Providing regular training for regional/local teams to share best practices of CRM activities and basic knowledge about privacy and data protection.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in CRM, member acquisition/retention, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in business administration/marketing field.
  • Experience in email communication and/or other direct communication.
  • Analytics capabilities for understanding user behavior.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional parties.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with eCommerce activities.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools or platforms.
