工作內容

1. Fully responsible for Service Center planning, controlling and increasing efficiency of service and logistics

operations.

2. Managing and coaching the service team with business results.

3. Be able to conduct structured processes and ensure a high level of quality in the service center as well as to

create a sense of awareness within the organization.

4. Planning and set out future-directed strategic and operational goals for the long term ensure profitability of service

and logistics.

5. Control of service and logistics processes and quality assurance.

6. Complaint management.

7. Occupational safety and environmental protection as well as ensuring safety.

8. Staff selection, management, and promotion.

其他條件

1. Completed training in a commercial/technical professing, ideally in the automotive industry.

2. Additional training in business management, such as a degree in Business Studies.

3. At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive after-sales.

4. Solid professional experience in personnel management and heading teams.

5. Solid professional experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
