OP Manager

We have 30 years of a wonderful Aunt Stella brand heritage, promoting the act of giving our selection of premium handcrafted cookie gifts for special occasions. This is a proud tradition we hope you can carry the torch forward.

Despite 3 decades of brand development we strive to form a startup-like culture as the whole brand undergoes an overhaul of products and processes.

As a key leader of our stores and customer experience, you will have many challenges to raise service standards, meet company cultural goals, and help the whole team work productively and effectively.

This position reports directly to the GM.

Responsibilities for OP manager

  • Visit and supervise stores regularly and build up good communication with OP staff. Work at store if necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all staff. Assist HR with recruiting if necessary
  • Build a training system for new coming and current OP staff
  • Constantly seeking for way to improve customer service and experience
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Set and monitor goals and KPIs for every store
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Support department communication internally and with both central factory and headquarters
  • Precisely deliver and explain company’s plan and vision to OP staff. Good mutual communication between HQ and OP staff
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

Requirements for OP manager

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operation team leader with proven work experience
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and balance sheet
  • Outstanding communication skills

作為Aunt Stella詩特莉的關鍵領導者,你將會面對許多營運面的挑戰,目的為提升顧客體驗之標準、實現公司文化之目標並且協助營運團隊能有更高效的工作品質。

該職位將會直接向總經理匯報。

營運經理職責包含:

  • 全台門市定期巡店,與門市人員溝通交流,必要時須協助門市卡班
  • 規劃人才開發、培訓及帶領督導所有營運同仁,必要時需協助HR進行人才招募
  • 建立完整營運部門員工教育訓練制度
  • 優化全台門市的顧客體驗及服務
  • 整體營運目標設定及實質策略規劃
  • 設定全台各店業績目標及營運方針,並帶領督導完成
  • 審核公司營運相關問題,並積極找尋公司進步機會
  • 總公司及工廠跨部門溝通及專案協調
  • 完整宣導佈達公司政策理念,維繫營運同仁與公司之良好雙向溝通
  • 分析財務所提供之數據且善用該數據提昇盈利
  • 建立及培養與百貨及其他來往廠商之合作關係

營運經理條件要求:

  • 抗壓性高
  • 具備至少3年的運營團隊領導經驗
  • 學歷條件需有商業及運營管理或相關領域之學位
  • 具備銷售預估及預算製作經驗
  • 具備基本財報相關知識、成本控管能力(含營收預算、營運報表、損益表等)
  • 具備良好的溝通協調能力及團隊合作
