【Job Description】
1. Plan and detail new HRIS function and process
2. Support oversea entities to achieve key deliverables and project milestones.
3. Creates plan for system testing, communication, end-user training and supporting model after go-live
4. Identify issues through data analysis and proposes resolution
5. Improve user experience by collecting feedback and providing optimizing direction
【Requirements】
1. Fluent Chinese/English language and communication skills
2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
3. Experience in HRIS implementation
[Nice to Have]
1. Experience in different HR functions (e.g., compensation, training, recruiting, employee relations)
2. Experience in HR project planning
3. Demonstrated ability to build cooperation with cross department/company.
