我們正在尋找一名倉儲物流業務助理加入我們在林口分公司（新北市林口區寶林路108號）

• 負責多個客戶的溝通管制及考核等活動及確保客戶需求滿足並時時回報狀態給上司及客戶;
• 須具備良好溝通能力, 能協調客戶及倉庫間的運作;
• 協助業務人員內部及外部的報表及相關法令的確認;
• 各項倉庫及業務相關管理表單製作與分析，有效強化內稽內控之作業執行;
• 檢視客戶滿意度，並向上報告，如顧客滿意度低需找出問題點並提出解決方案;
• WMS/TMS/客服系統/客戶系統操作;
  
  

應徵資格

爲了能夠勝任該職位，您需要:

• 高中以上學歷
• 孰練OFFICE(PPT, word, EXCEL )
• 有使用過WMS/TMS 的經驗
• 有物流產業的相關經驗1-2年
