At Vive R&D team, we’re developing the future of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). As a Technical Program Manager, your job will be hardware key parts and components management through entire product lifecycle. You will lead program plan of requirements, schedule and budget with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and Suppliers/ODMs/OEMs to deliver high-quality products built, tested and released on time, in scope and in budget as project goal. We look for program managers who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, strong driving and execution capability in fast-paced innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing the project from overall perspectives and the major activities include planning, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, decision making and follow up. He/ She is the main contact for development and generic activities for departments outside of RD. In the meantime, he/she might also coach junior project manager who supports the same project.

1. Responsible for end-to-end ownership over a product, with ultimate accountability for the definition, measurement, and achievement of the business results of that service

2. Deal with aggregation and internal communication of service and business results

3. Have whole product view to secure or drive quality

4. Be familiar with product manufacture process

5. Ownership over the product road map

6. Cross function coordinate to conduct a feasibility study of feature/ design change

7. Being able to travel overseas on request

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):

1. Bachelor or above degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, engineering related field is a plus

2. Able to communicate efficiently both Chinese and English in a co-work environment.
