工作内容

• Assists PCM in achieving country production target profitably
• Responsible for adapting and implementing underwriting strategy and methodology to meet production target effectively and profitably
• Handles all major and complex risks, and negotiates coverage, price and terms with agents/brokers/clients
• Reviews, amends and okays all policies amendments before being issued
• Liaises with agents/brokers/clients and Claims Department and provides technical advice regarding scope of coverage, interpretation of wordings, and applications
• Keeps PCM aware of all major underwriting issues
• Performs regular underwriting audits and makes remedial recommendations
• Maintain and update property products by filing and getting approval from Insurance Bureau under tariff.
• Supervises, trains and mentors junior underwriter(s)
