Job Description

1. Understand the current business objectives, product development direction and demand, available resources, and determine the design objectives and principles.

2. Collect and integrate information and requirements from marketing departments to plan a product structure that meets market needs.

3. Build a scalable design system to help maintain product quality and teamwork.

4. Participate in the core block chain project planning, and effectively interface with PM project manager and technical team.

5. Assist in the design of DM/publicity.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in Web/Mobile interface design.

2. 2+ years of experience working with PMs, front-end and back-end engineers on product development.

3. Experience in designing interface for more than 2 projects independently.

4. Able to lead the formulation of design guidelines, planning for various device sizes, familiar with Library, text specification setting, color specification setting and Symbol use, and grasp the scalability of the product to meet the needs of rapid iteration.

5. Familiar with Web 3, blockchain application user journey.

6. Good visual aesthetics and creativity.

7. Proficient in interface design software such as Figma / Sketch, drawing software such as Photoshop / Illustrator.

8. Provide UI / UX portfolio and fully explain the product design logic during the interview.

Bonus Points

- Basic knowledge of blockchain

- Basic product management and requirements integration skills.

• - Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Vue/Ng/React, etc.).

工作內容

1. 瞭解當前商業目標、產品開發方向與需求、可用資源，決定設計目標與原則

2. 蒐集並整合市場部門資訊及需求，規劃出符合市場需求的產品架構

3. 建置有良好擴充性的 Design System, 幫助產品維持品質與團隊協作

4. 參與核心區塊鏈項目規劃，與PM專案經理及技術團隊有效對接

5. 協助設計DM/文宣

【必要條件】

1. 具有 3 年以上 Web/ Mobile 介面設計經驗

2. 具有 2 年以上與 PM、前後端工程師合作產品開發之經驗

3. 具有獨立完成 2 個以上之專案介面設計的經驗

4. 能主導 Design Guidelines 制定，規劃適用各式裝置尺寸元件，熟悉 Library 、文字規範設定、色彩規範設定 與 Symbol 的使用，掌握產品的可擴充性，以滿足快速迭代的需求

5. 熟悉Web 3 、區塊鏈應用使用者旅程

6. 具備良好的視覺美感及創意能力

7. 精通介面設計軟體如 Figma / Sketch、繪圖軟體如 Photoshop / Illustrator

8. 提供 UI / UX 作品集，面試時需完整說明產品設計邏輯
