TW_eBike_Senior Design Engineer - Bike Frame

工作内容

• Conceptionalize, develop and engineer technical frame designs of future eBike products taking into account carbon and aluminum design restrictions.
• Simulation of frame designs taking into account certification testing and field-load data.
• Industrialize concept and organize prototype creation with local bike frame suppliers.
• Perform and actively participate in engineering design reviews with eBike HQ providing feedback.
• Work together with local suppliers (also on-site) to obtain and gather bicycle industry insights. Evaluate and summarize feedback and communicate within the organization.
• Generate high-level industry overview of existing patent landscape working together with legal department.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Master degree helpful.
• 7+ years working experience in technical development of bicycle frames required at OEM or frame manufacturer.
• Experience in FEM Simulation helpful.
• Experience with frame patent situation helpful.
• Very good knowledge on mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
• Experience with CAD design (3D CAD Creo experience a plus) including the creation of technical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people in a variety of disciplines though all levels of an organization.
