  • [Job Description]
Support growth of product offerings in SBMart CPG(Consumer Packaged Goods) platform
  • Grow ShopBack products database including the actual purchase of SKUs, UGC data processing, and receipt name validation, etc.
  • Support product database creation for CPG partners
  • Onboard new merchants to SBMart CPG(Consumer Packaged Goods) platform
  • Monitor and list trendy CPG/FMCG products / seasonal grocery items
Commercial ops support
  • In charge of CPG partners’ transaction data generation while ensuring accuracy in data
  • In charge of the invoice request processing
Marketing ops support
  • Managing and monitoring marketing administrative tasks and organic social media channels to ensure the marketing campaigns are executed perfectly with tracker updated
Others
  • Work collaboratively across the organization with Tech, Customer Service, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize and scale current processes
  • Work with the Customer Service team to problem-solve merchant related issues such as untracked orders and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences
  • Implement new initiatives to enhance the tracking reliability of cashback
[Requirements]
  • Bachelor’s Degree, any course. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus)
  • Interest in setting up processes and improving productivity
  • Excellent with Microsoft Excel functions
  • Highly motivated problem solver who is able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in operation, social media or copyright will be a plus
  • Genuine interest in CPGs products and grocery shopping
