TW-Business Analyst – ERP & Operations

工作内容

·Operations to confirm business requirements and acceptance criteria.

·Development team to define functional design and requirements.

·Coordinates prototype solutions, conduct IT testing, conference room pilot test and

user acceptance test.

·Assist to manage IT vendors.

·Execute service desk support, new/change requests and data governance policies for

the company.

· Work effectively as a team member and individually.

Requirements:

·BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred. ·Equivalent experience can substitute for education.

·3-5 years of application support and analysis with a variety of system enhancement

tasks/projects.

·Knowledge of the Microsoft ERP environment (i.e. /D365) is highly preferred.

·Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Planning, Sales Management,

Finance ERP modules.

·Related experiences in full project implementation cycles.

·Strong communication skills (written and oral) and consulting skills with the ability

to work directly with business partners and end users are required.

·Capability to facilitate meetings attended by business partners, technical staff, and

end users.

·Ability to analyze a complex business problem and evaluate the impact of potential

solutions from both a business and technical perspective is required.

·Ability to present complex technical concepts in an appropriate manner that can be

understood by technical staff, and end users is required.

·Possess the self-initiative to be given general guidance on an objective and to

achieve that objective with minimal managerial guidance.

·Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills are required.
