Responsible to carry out service field activities (preventive maintenance, call back attendance, stand by duty, planned/unplanned repair works, modernization etc.), in the respective area /route assigned him, so that the equipment remains safe and reliable, ensuring maximum availability of lift to users and should also strive to reduce the breakdowns, spare parts/labor consumption.
