Technical Support Engineer - NB Display

工作内容

Job Description:

1. Onsite technical support and issue analysis including but not limited to

i. Panel related EE issues

ii. RF(WWAN/WLAN) issues

2. Co-work with HQ R&D to conduct effective issue debug and derive resolutions.

3. Enable/ bridge communication between HQ R&D and FAE to ensure effective technical support and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree major in Electrical Engineering

2. More than 5 years work experience in Display industry

3. Strong EE background of panel circuit design

4. Ability to debug RF(WWAN/ WLAN) and resolve circuit related issues for LCD/ Touch Panel

5. Good interpersonal skills

6. Good command of both English speaking and writing
