Technical Engineer / Assistant Technical Manager

工作内容

1 . Provide both remote technical support (telephone, email, etc.) and on-site technical support, such as commissioning, maintenance (preventive, corrective and/or predictive), troubleshooting, retrofit, system upgrades and all product related activities of Siemens motors, variable frequency drives and drive-based / PLC-based motion control product.

2 . Performa Application Engineering including understanding customer’s application, sizing & sections of equipment and System integration for AC/DC VFDs & Motion Control technology for retrofit and replacement projects.

• Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Engineering and various internal groups to manage escalated customer inquiries. Understanding of customer needs and issues related to their operations and maintenance.
• Ensure following in Siemens’ standards and mainly, precautions and responsibilities related to EHS.
