We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/ Associate Manager who play an important role to support talent acquisition process improvements as field education & provide related trainings to the internal stakeholders so that talent acquisition becomes a core capability for HR function in the local market as well as region

Reporting of the role: This role report to the Head of HR

【Responsibility】

  • Manage and lead full cycle of recruitment processes by partnering with the business leaders and TA partners. Design and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy to support organization objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition projects and to ensure recruiting operational excellence can be met and promoted, which complies with legal and regulatory policies and supports Advantech values.
  • Lead talent acquisition team to identify the hiring demands in the business, and initiate, drive local market recruitment events.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various online or offline sourcing channels. Able to work independently and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date of IoT industry’s talent market trends. Able to design an industry talent roadmap and framework as well as talent market insights to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decision with a strategic data.
  • Manage recruitment dashboard, including regular hiring analysis report. To monitor and drive recruitment progress/ hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analyzing reports and KPIs.

【Qualification】

  • At least 8 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or relevant experience in Recruitment Agencies or MNCs
  • Good experiences of project hiring under dynamic business sectors
  • Solid experiences in end to end recruiting process, strong know-how on talent market research skills, methodologies and related recruiting ATS/CRMs
  • Project management experience at employer branding, campus hiring, etc. will be highly required
  • Highly proficient in Excel and knowledge of other MS office applications
  • Presentable, fast leaner with problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills
