Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Debugging/triaging experience using Android tools and/or using JTAG Lauterbach/Trace32.
• Experience developing Bare metal bench tests, Native mode, and/or light kernel test cases for ARM based consumer devices.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience testing CPUs, GPUs, TPUs, HSIO, Logic, and DDR/HBM subsystems, and characterization of interfaces such as PCIE, USB, UFS, SERDES, SDC, and MIPI.
• Experience working with Chrome box CN66/62 and Android debug bridge servers to multiple client protocol implementations and automation.
• Experience implementing secure manufacturing solutions including provisioning, Efuse and OTP programming, lifecycle management, and SOC security.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, C/C++, Perl, or Python.
• Knowledge of Android Architecture, Android Boot process, Kernel, Core BSP, and Android performance.

As a System Level Test Engineer, you’ll help integrate SOC (System on Chip) technologies into mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You’ll develop and automate system-level manufacturing testing of SOC to validate its performance and screen out bad devices.

Responsibilities

• Work with ASIC vendors to create bench SLT (System Level Test) solutions and automated handler-based SLT solutions for Manufacturing screens.
• Work with software teams to evaluate integrated system performance, test and characterize HW/SW interaction and device performance at various operating conditions (i.e., voltage, process, thermal).
• Work with the productization test teams to develop effective production screens to reduce DPPM.
• Test coverage improvement on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and SLT.
• Provide production sustaining support, including production program upgrade and release, lot disposition, extended test time reduction and yield improvement, RMA analysis, etc.
