Supplier Quality Engineer (TQAC)

工作内容

• Support supplier to establish Zero Defect line for automotive products
• Support supplier to have automotive customer audits for new product introduction or periodical one
• Promote continuous quality improvement activities in suppliers
• Facilitate Material Review Board to judge abnormal lot disposition with other Renesas stake holders
• Promote claim root cause investigation caused by supplier & verify effectiveness of the measures
• Monitor supplier quality performance by periodical supplier quality audit and key performance index
• Handling change control requested by suppliers and control quality risks by assessment
• Promote horizontal development to supplier about Lessons & Learned from other quality issues
  

• More than 5years experience of Supplier Quality Engineer for Taiwan OSAT or Quality Control Engineer in Taiwan OSAT
• Communication Skill using local language with Foundry & OSAT
• OSAT Quality Control experience for problem solving & facilitation skills
• Semiconductor manufacturing process knowledge
• Automotive product quality control experience
• Understanding of automotive quality requirements (ISO/IATF16949, customer specific requirement)
• Automotive customer audit experience (VDA)
• Semiconductor device knowledge
  

• English - business level （ TOEIC Score around 700)
• Japanese - daily conversation level (N2 grade is required at least.)
