Job Description

  • SBT/LF design.
  • SBT/LF dwg & spec confirmation with supplier.
  • Research new EDA tool to enhance layout capability and efficiency.
  • Research SBT and LF roadmap for new package design.
  • Maintain database of design drawing.

    • Requirement

  • Familiar with AutoCAD
  • Those who excels at APD layout application are welcome.
