* Establish and define security framework for company’s products and services

* Assess threats and risks, to develop security policies and standards to reduce and mitigate risks

* Strengthen infrastructure by identifying appropriate vendors and performing vulnerability assessments

* Stay updated on security and vulnerability trends, and ensure that both infrastructure and organization are up-to-date on security

* Develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate any malicious attacks and ensure that business continuity is maintained

* Work closely with engineering teams to build secure products and services, and with operations team to address security aspect of incident management

* Collaborate with legal team on security compliance

* Maintain and oversee relevant quality certifications and compliance accreditation

* Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes and policies

* Identify and oversee the implementation of security solutions and tools

* Create awareness of security within the company, through organizing training and other method

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field

* 5+ years of experience within a product security role

* Understanding of security standards (e.g. NIST800-193), software development and server technologies

* Certifications in cyber security is a plus

* Proactiveness and drive, with the ability to work well independently

* Passion for security and risk management

* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

* Excellent communication and influencing skills

* Ability to work well collaboratively in cross-functional teams
