Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Report performance metrics and drive improvement activities

2. Manage and improve the material master process

3. Acute reaction to Urgent demand or rush demand

4. Work with Buyer and PM for Product Technology transfer schedule

5. Work with Buyer and PM for new product’s production plan

6. Ensure adequate support and distribution of work within Purchasing.

7. Monitor material status for production plan /Safety/SMC PO/Forecast

8. Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.

9. Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders

10. Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality

11. Review mechanical parts at a reasonable price and negotiate with CM.

Qualifications

1. College graduate,5 years relevant work experience in supply chain management.

2. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

3. Working experience in mechanical parts, better for mechanical sourcing.

4. Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.

5. Ability to maintain the highest ethical and professional business conduct.

6. Need to be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ
