Sr. Purchaser

Senior purchaser Locate in Bade for chassis parts.

1. Report performance metrics and drive improvement activities

2. Manage and improve material master process.

3. Acute reaction to Urgent demand or rush demand

4. Work with PM for Product Technology transfer schedule and new product ’s production plan

5. Ensure adequate support and distribution of work within Purchasing.

6. Monitor material status for production plan /Safety/SMC PO/Forecast

7. Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.

8. Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders

9. Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality

10. Review mechanical parts reasonable price and negotiate with CM

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Plan and purchase material requirements and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.

2. Prepare, review, place department purchasing requisitions.

3. Maintain computerized purchasing records and paper filing. - Monitor and resolve production material shortages.

4. Seek, partner, and maintain relationships with reliable outside vendors and suppliers to manage purchase orders based on demand.

5. Place order and follow up closely with counterpart CMs to achieve sales demand and fulfillment.

6. Monitor and follow up closely with internal and/or CM production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and monitor it for prototype projects.

7. Update planning spreadsheets and internal reports regularly.

8. Review and monitor inventory levels against sales ratio and sales forecast; respond to changes in sales trend and sales forecast.

9. Enter purchase transactions precisely and gather both historical and current data.

10. Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.

1. Education and Experience

College graduate, over 10 years purchasing experience in IT filed for senior purchaser.

2. Language Skill: Good at read, Write, Listen and Speak in English

3. Mathematical Skills: Production management, Order fulfillment, Price Negotiation.

4. Reasoning Ability: Good emotion control and communication capability.

5. Need to be aggressive, positive, honest, high flexibility, and careful.

6. Certificates: No concerns
