Position Summary

The scope covers the management and support on Infrastructure, Database system and End-user working environment (Workplace) to ensure satisfied IT services and less interruption on business operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery and end-to-end operation of Infrastructure and end-user working environment (Workplace). Collaborate across functions to work on Applications solutions by utilizing Project Management measure, work with overseas IT teams and partners to prioritize tasks, manage project plans and tasks include analysis, review and reports to fulfill IT goals.

• Support IT help desk to manage all IT issues, ensure timely support for incidents and appropriate solutions based on demands.
• Support the management of Oracle database. Work with Application owners, DBAs and overseas IT teams on Oracle database system for incident and change, evaluate and discuss SQL queries optimization to ensure database system performance.
• Responsible for the management and operations of Windows and Linux servers, ensure timely and proper patching, resolve incidents and abnormal issues.
• Work with overseas IT teams to manage IT assets for the associated solutions and operations, including the device of network, voice, and user-end device,
• Actively build the relationship with stakeholders to analyze demands, evaluate and recommend IT solutions from technology and process perspectives based on cost and benefits.
• Utilize LEAN framework to make improvements, collaborate with IT groups and stakeholders to explore, justify and prioritize the opportunities.
• Work with IT team to manage suppliers and contracts of IT services.
• Ensure all IT solutions and technology are tested per requirements before production, as well as the upgrade, patch and compliance after production according to policy and regulations.
• Ensure IT demands and tasks follows the processes of Incident, Problem and Change, and utilize appropriate report measure to track and present the status.
• Keep learning and developing personal technology, management skills and leadership according to IT development and demands.

Requirements

• College graduated or above
• 8+ years experience in IT, prior experience in Manufacturing environments is preferred
• 3+ years experience on the management and troubleshooting on Oracle database
• 3+ years experience on the management and troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers
• 3+ years experience the management and troubleshooting on network, and familiar with network infrastructure, including VLAN and WAN
• Well capability in English and be able to do English meetings, and collaborate with overseas IT groups
• Familiar with 1-2 programming languages, Java is preferred
• Understand database and familiar with SQL programming, also the data analysis
• Experiences on application development and operation (SDLC) is good; SDLC experience on large-scale or across-nations experience is a plus
• Understand functional department operations, familiar with 1 or 2 departments is good. Owing functional domain knowledge is excellent, i.e. HR, Finance or Plant affairs.
• Well ability on Project Management, Process Management, and Continual Improvement or LEAN
• Understand Cyber Security and Application Development
• Active, responsible and good at communication
• Love to learn and grow with the teams
• ITIL Foundation or Expert、Scrum、PMP is preferred
• Programming certificates or Database certificates is preferred
