Reporting to Director, Product Manager, you will work as Sr. Associate Product Manager to provide assistance to PMD in managing the cross-BU product management activities for eMobility. Support the generation and the closing of NBOs, to ensure we reach our market share and growth goals. Monitor and manage capacity of product lines sold to eMobility applications and markets. Provide support to Customers, Sales, Operations and Engineering on product related matters. Conduct customer research and collect requirements to identify new product needs and initiate NPP resulting in new product development projects.

About The Job

About you:

• Sales & Customer Support
• Support Sales and FAE in responding to quotes and requests for proposals.
• Support Sales in generating and closing NBOs to ensure we reach our market share and growth goals.
• Participate in Sales activities, including customer visits, presentations, and other events, as needed.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure the fast turn-around times to customer enquiries.
• Cross-BU Product Management Activities
• Work with Sales & Customers to assess future demand forecast, coordinate with BU PMs on the capacity planning and follow up on the execution;
• Support Sales in managing key accounts that involve multiple product lines cross BUs, to coordinate pricing, capacity, cross-region transfer and etc.;
• Support BU PMs in business development for eMobility via socket mining, customer mapping, cross technologies selling, and etc.
• New Product Development
• Understand needs, opportunities, and capabilities to create product requirement documentation and integrate into the product development process, e.g. NPP/PPA
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of Product Roadmaps
• Support engineering in the development of new products according to the Product Roadmap and company strategy.
• Product Marketing
• Work with Sales, Engineering and Marcom to ensure that new products have sufficient product support material, prototypes, early samples and documentation to commiserate with the opportunity and stage in product development
• Support and participate in sales release process in a timely manner, e.g. RTM
• Update competitive landscape data including cross reference and market pricing
• Assist the development of internal/ external training programs
• Provide support at tradeshows, technology forums, and other marketing events
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred; Degree in engineering or quantitative discipline preferred. This job requires a great deal of mathematics, analysis and communications.As a result, formal education in these areas is required.
• At least 3-year experience in a technical or technical sales role
• At least 3-year experience in a customer interfacing position
• Knowledge in circuit protection preferred
• Experience in Automotive industries preferred
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred
• Good communication skills: must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and nonverbally in written reports and emails
• Evidence of good organizational skills with history of handling multiple tasks within a rapid pace environment
