Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganisationExecute and monitor in store communications effort to drive additional revenue streams to facilitate the attainment of Own Retail and Wholesale sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement all brand campaign concepts for all adidas controlled space by retail marketing calendar, which strengthen brand presence and enhance commercial success.
- Develop retail marketing guidelines/manuals/toolkit. Conduct store audits for enforcing retail marketing standards and identifying areas for improvements.
- Based on the Retail Marketing Calendar, develop in-store creative/material to support marketing initiatives and seasonal programs.
- Develop or follow global creative materials to support Own Retail and Wholesale needs.
- Manage external creative agencies to develop campaign materials and control cost.
- Manage design house and vendor relationships to ensure deadlines & quality are met.
- Track the implementation of retail marketing concepts and establish evidence of ROI.
- Manage in-store communication & marketing services budget
- Purchase order and payment process on time
- Internal: Products, brand communication, VM, Store Development, Sales, Own retail
- External: local agencies, design house
- Communicate with others

- Basic interior design and budget control knowledge
- Visual Merchandising skill or design degree is a plus
- Over 5 years’ experience of design or retail marketing.
- College degree or above
- Good written and reading English
