Responsibilities

• The Spare Section Manager is responsible for managing the Spare Planning project and NPI Planning project for the regional or worldwide.
• Manages deliverables for each tollgate in NPI planning process
• Will be an interface with specific customers, organizational and operational stakeholders to assure timely and clear communicate
• Excellent working knowledge of supply chain project and processes such as planning, demand forecasting, risk management, inventory optimization, on-time delivery analysis
• Lead and contribute to building project specific by partnering with all stakeholders.
• Provide a monthly Project Management Review (PMR) report and when relevant, alert
• In coordination with all stakeholders, ensure spare planning proper preparation to fulfil customer and internal needs.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
  

Experience

• 8+ years of related work experience
• Ability to interact and influence other functional teams across the organization.
• Advanced user on Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus
• Experience working in a global organization a plus.
  
  

SKILL

• SAP experience is must
• Excellent skills in MS office with specific high level proficiency required in Excel (Pivot Table & Macro required)
• Ability to review, analyze data and generate recommendations dealing how to optimize spares performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill
• Fluent in English, is a must
• Interpersonal Skills: Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior level and in external
  
  

EDUCATION

• BS Degree, MS is a plus
• Must have supply chain, or planning experience in previous job
