  • This position provides pricing support and assists with defining project needs.
  • He/She works with Business Development (BD) and Operations to secure new business and increase profitable revenue.
  • He/She analyzes customer order characteristics, work processes, storage requirements, equipment needs, labor requirements, and product characteristics.
  • He/She identifies total costs (e.g., direct, indirect, etc.). He/She collaborates cross-functionally (e.g., Operations, etc.) to provide cost-effective Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) pricing models.
  • He/She interfaces with internal customers to evaluate their needs and propose solutions.
  • He/She develops business proposals, responds to requests for proposals (RFPs), and contributes to and writes technical documents.
Implementation:Supports projects consisting of single/multi site implementations with multiple products and services.
  • This position actively participates in the implementation phase of the solution while meeting the needs of the customer and the company.
  • He/She assists with implementation model development, deployment plan definition, and implementation phase scheduling (e.g., project plans, deployment strategies, sign-off from key internal and external stakeholders, user acceptance training, etc.).
  • He/She also provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans and templates through statistics, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP).
