Server BMC firmware engineer

We are seeking an experienced BMC/IPMI software development engineer with a strong background in developing AMI solutions and AST2600. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping us create high-quality BMC/IPMI software.

Responsibilities:

- Develop industrial products with OOB management capabilities based on the AST2600 BMC.

- Design, develop, modify, test, and debug IPMI/WebUI features.

- Participate in software architecture discussions、designs、coordinate and communicate development progress.

- Collaborate with other teams to address technical issues and development challenges.

- Write development documents and provide technical support.

- Conduct research on new technologies and tools to explore better solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in software development or related field and 3+ years of software development experience, with experience in AMI solutions and AST2600 development.

- Familiarity with IPMI/Redfish protocols and standards, and proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.

- Experience in Embedded Linux development.

- Familiarity with NCSI communication architecture.

- Strong team player and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills.

- Having self-learning ability, proactiveness, and innovative thinking.
