工作内容

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Team management
• Leading a team of 4
2. Treasury management:
• Bank signatory, authorization, facility management and maintenance
• Cash forecasts / planning arrangements
• Risk management / formation of policies
• Architect financial products including cross border pooling, inter-company
loan arrangements, hedging, etc.
• Bank relationship management
• Implement Treasury Management System
3. AR collection management:
• Responsible for monitoring AR collection and overdue AR management
• Prepare and maintain various AR reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Liaise with regional/station accountants to solve AR collection issues and achieve corporate guideline
4. Credit management:
• Responsible to review and optimize customer credit application processes
• Review credit applications/credit term adjustments/duty advance requests from HQ perspective
• Due diligence check for customers
5. Support corporate finance function as assigned

Qualifications:

1. University graduate or above with major in accounting/finance.
2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in finance/accounting/treasury field.
3. CPA is a plus.
4. Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Good command on written & spoken English.
