Title: (Senior) ODHR Manager

Responsibility

• Participate and shape the organizational development and talent management strategy to implement the group’s vision and business requirements.
• Design and implement cultural initiatives that align with our core values, ESG, and DEI to enhance employee identification, engagement, and commitment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, execute, manage, and optimize global talent development programs/projects that address both current and future business needs.
  
  

Background Needs

• Above 8 years of experience in organizational and talent development in multinational companies.
• With good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• With medium or advanced English verbal and written abilities.
• Familiar with ESG/DEI regulations and practices will be a plus.
• With M&A talent program experience will be a plus.
• Remote working is available for specific situation.
