Main Purpose:

Taoglas have a requirement for a Sr IT Engineer based in our Taoyuan office. We are looking to hire an experienced engineer to manage our company’s computer systems. As a Sr IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and monitoring the procedure of the delivering end user services configurations, designing of deployment method of installing software, managing and fine-tunning network systems, and training the trainer on correct operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

To ensure success as an IT Engineer, you should have extensive experience maintaining computer systems, the ability to project manage, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Ultimately, a top-level IT engineer can design and maintain a dynamic and stable system to perfectly meet the needs of the company.

• Managing AD, O365 and SharePoint Environments
• Understand and re-engineer the WIFI/LAN/WAN architecture to ensure data connectivity and security.
• Experience in ITSM and creating self service support model
• Experience using backup system, such as Acronis , Symantec backup software
• Installing software and hardware systems.
• Training staff on newly installed systems.
• Responding to general IT requests.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
• Filing monthly reports for the IT Manager

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Knowledge of managing O365
• Knowledge of CCNA , CCNE
• Knowledge of AZURE
• Familiarity with general OS systems, Mainly Microsoft.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.

Other Skills & Abilities include:

• Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus
• Knowledge of InTune a plus
• Knowledge of managing AWS infrastructure a plus
