Senior Employee Relations Specialist (US)

Responsibilities:

• Understand local regulations in the United States to ensure the company’s personnel policies and procedures comply with local laws.
• Provide expert legal advice and assist with labor law matters for the company.
• Handle labor disputes, including reviewing legal documents and collaborating with external legal consultants.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and serve as the liaison between headquarters and the United States.
• Establishment of HR-related Policies and Procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law or human resources management.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in California labor laws, with the ability to work independently.
• Awareness of the company’s legal compliance and ability to adapt quickly to regulatory changes.
• Proficiency in English and a minimum of 3 years of HR-related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working or living in the United States, demonstrating cross-cultural communication and adaptability skills.
• Previous work experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
