Sales Support- Aerospace

工作内容

• Communicate with overseas for shipments follow ups & troubleshooting
• Support the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team
• Support Aerospace team in maintaining and developing new customers
• Communicate leads requiring a sales action with the network
• Generate offers / quotations to potential customers
• Teamwork with different Business Units
• Comply and implement the policy given by management
• Support the Aerospace team in achieving the yearly target
• Build customer loyalty
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry, Inside Sales or Customer Service related experience is preferable
• Good Air freight import/export knowledge is preferred
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills to overseas and to customers
• Work flexibility, work on shifts may be required
• Presentable and good team player
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
