Main Responsibilities- Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for Endo product lines .
- Conduct sales reviews including marketing share analysis and adjust strategies & tactics
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction
- Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient.
- Attend all Quality related trainings and fully complied with SOPs.
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share. Identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers
- Monitor Key Accounts sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports, summaries, analysis and documentation an all aspects of the key account’s management.
- Conduct product in-services, including physical demonstrations using non-sterile product and evaluations for successful conversion.
- Accomplish assignments by manager.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in health care industry environment as a sales or Specialist role.
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Ability to support multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Must have strong communications skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin desirable
