ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors and integrated circuit substrates.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Sales Director Taiwan, Assembly Solutions, the candidate will be responsible for driving BTSO (Breakthrough Strategic Objectives) and capable of providing solution as well as value selling to stakeholders in designated accounts.

Responsibilities

· Creating new opportunities to expand business in existing and potential customers.

· Focus on growing Assembly Solutions BTSO relating business, especially in Power Electronics and HiTech adhesive within territory through opportunity winning in target accounts.

· To manage all key sales activities through ATLAS CRM database (Salesforce.Com).

· Meets year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

· Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

· Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Requirements

· A proven B2B commercial experience (at least 5+ years) in electronic assembly industry.

· Strong knowledge in soldering and assembly process. Experience in sintering material or electronic adhesive will be plus.

· Have an established network and relationships in Taiwan market. Tracking record of selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term business model.

· Oral/read/write capability in English and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical and presentation skills. Willing to travel up to 50%.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Relevant industry
