We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to join our Sales & Marketing function based in Taipei, Taiwan.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop & execute country sales plan in line with country budget.

· Ensure that Sales KPIs are met or exceeded at any time, and ensure return on sales investment (ROI) meets or exceeds target at Country level.

· Lead, mentor & develop the Sales Team.

· Personally engage key customers to drive growth and assume ownership for a limited portfolio of accounts.

· Drive growth by ensuring appropriate collaboration within Sales and across product functions and branch/country level.

· Implement, coordinate and follow up Global and Regional initiatives.
