Job Purpose:
The success of 20nm LPC in Material Supply Chain is very critical to PMST business growth. We are looking for Business Development talent to gain market share from a highly competitive market. Also, Micron is potential to adopt KA mode to co-work with them closely to pursue mutual benefit with our unique strengths & solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Worked with Senior Sales Specialist to plan and execute global strategies to meet annual goals & key product target.Listen to our customers’ needs and provide Contamination Monitoring Solutions in whole production process.Utilize internal and external resources to capture market share in a highly competitive market environment.Work closely with different departments (Application & Service) and regions to link up potential business opportunities and exchange market information.Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate relevant resources to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.Use SFDC/CRM tools to update pipelines and forecasts to ensure business accuracy and tracking.Support marketing activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc.Qualifications:
Must to have
Never Give Up.Bachelor or Master majoring in Science Related is more preferred.At least 3 years selling experience, Business Development experience is highly appreciated.Ability to work independently, but still a good team player.Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues, able to connect easily with people from different fields (QC / RD /process)English communicate skill both in written & oral.Willingness to travel, good time management.Highly stress-resistant, self-motivated, open-minded.

Miller Heiman or similar professional Sales Knowledge (SS/CS)New Business / Account DevelopmentFamiliar with Material Supply Chain & Micron market is highly preferred.
