The RoleMission/Purpose of the Job
- To develop and increase Edwards new equipment and service business by the development and the management of the sales force
- To manage and to develop the customer business
- To contribute to the profitability and the growth of the Edwards business in customer account
- To contribute to the success of the Edwards strategy in customer for both new product selling and service business
- To manage the sales engineer/KAM and obtain the cooperation of Regional Applications/ Product/ Technical Support and Field Service team
- To ensure sales strategies and objectives support the mission budgets and objectives
- Create and train a good self-motivated and teamwork of KAMs
- Create, Develop and Implement successful sales strategies/tactics for all customer account
- Growth of Edwards market share in Semiconductor & DSL customers
- Development of the pricing strategy consistent with budget and competitor activities
- Establish, develop and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs (including president or vice president, purchase director and manager, equipment director and managers, general manager, fab manager …) at all levels of their organization in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
- Work closely with FSE team to develop our on-site field service contract and field service strategy
- Work closely with STC to deliver our pump overhaul service revenue and strategy
- Conduct customer negotiations at all levels (Director, vice president, fab manager, manager, engineers, …), enjoining the assistance of other Edwards managers when required to win the business and thereafter maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after care activities
- Prepare and monitor sales forecast budget by working with sales engineer/ KAMs.
- Establish strategic plans for penetration of new products in Semicon & DSL customers
- Contribute to the success of the Edwards Strategy in Taiwan
- Develop regular communication with worldwide Edwards colleagues and central management about pricing, applications, market trends, market share, competitors, and other business-related information in order to ensure a global approach of the business
- Support/Liaison as require for all Edwards products and business activities

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- MS Degree in Science or Semiconductor Engineering degree or more than 6 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry including production, design, maintenance, equipment and direct/service sales including technical selling, preparing and presenting commercial, technical proposals and negotiating price and commercial terms of contracts with value equal to or above USD 15 million
- Good commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect
- High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
- Good knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, exhaust gas management
- Good understanding of the Semiconductor processes and their applications.
- Experience of managing major customer accounts and negotiating with Senior fab managers (Director of Purchasing, Process, Facilities, Production; Vice President/Fab Managers) level in Taiwan and Overseas
- High level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post-sale support within Edwards
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good computer skills such as excel , work , power point .
- Able to lead and coordinate sales and technical functions effectively
- Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities
