Quality Engineer

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Quality Engineer base in our Plant at Taoyuan.

Briefly KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Product quality after-sales service, handling of customer complaints and 8D improvement reports

2. Customer agreement formulation of product specifications, customer commissioned measurement analysis assistance, customer abnormal analysis work

3. Complete customer-to-factory audit operations, customer audit self-assessment forms, and improvement of customer audit deficiencies

4. Product Control plan formulation, product FMEA formulation, APQP&PPAP formulation, SPC process control analysis

5. Analysis and improvement of abnormal customer complaints in the factory operation process, assist the responsible unit to revise the program book

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, good written and spoken English

2. Have experience in handling customer complaints and complaints, understand the quality system

3. Good experience in PCB, CCL or related electronics industry.
