Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

1. Establish and improve compliant method qualifications that are capable of supporting regional manufacturing operations within the company.

2. Supervise team members to develop qualification plans to ensure reliability for various market segments and customers.

3. Serve as a key advisor for organization-wide decision-making in matters pertaining to quality improvement and safety.

4. Perform annual assessments on-site to ensure compliance to set standards.

5. Lead team members to oversee failure analysis activities; provide direction and education to QA on failure analysis techniques and trouble-shooting methods.

6. Provide supports to internal and external audits at both project and company levels.

Key requirements

1. Major of Engineering or related field in Bachelor or above.

2. At least 7 years of QA experience in electronical manufacturing environment, experience in the automotive industry is a big plus.

3. At least 3 years of experience in managing and directing QA functions.

Skills & Competencies

1. Expert, in-depth knowledge of analytical, manufacturing, and quality assurance and quality control.

2. Familiar with quality systems, such as ISO9000/IATF16949.

3. Skilled at QA methodology, such as Process Mapping, SPC, 8D, QC7, NQC7.

4. Strong prioritization and organization skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate in English.

6. Chinese ability is a plus
